Who we are

An independent software company

LienDeadline was founded in 2025 by Peter Hallander and Mathias Åsberg. We are an independent software company based in Poland, building deadline calculation and document tooling for construction credit, finance, and legal teams across the United States.

We are a small engineering team, not a law firm. The product is a mechanics lien and preliminary notice deadline platform covering all 50 states plus the District of Columbia, available as a web application and a REST API. The underlying state rule set is reviewed on a quarterly cycle so customers are not calculating against stale statutes.
