LienDeadline vs Procore
By LienDeadlineComparison data verified: We publish this comparison about our own product. Sources and limitations are included below.
Consider Procore if…
You need a shared platform for project execution, financials and collaboration, or a payment workflow that coordinates invoices, approvals and lien waivers.
Consider LienDeadline if…
The project platform is already chosen, but the credit desk needs a clearer deadline record and reminder workflow. You can evaluate LienDeadline alongside Procore rather than replacing it.

Project payments and lien rights meet, but are not the same task
Procore is a much broader platform purchase. Its pricing page describes product subscriptions with unlimited users, storage and support. If you need the project team working from shared budgets, documents and financial records, replacing that platform with a deadline tool would leave most of the job undone.
Procore Pay brings together pay applications, readiness checks, approvals and waiver exchange. Its handling of signed unconditional waivers is tied to payment completion. LienDeadline does not move money or provide that exchange, so its waiver templates should not be presented as an equivalent payment control.
The wider Procore family matters too. Procore acquired Levelset in 2021. It is too broad to say that “Procore cannot track liens.” Check the products and integrations included in your arrangement; the Levelset comparison covers the separate notice-and-lien service decision.
Look for a specific gap at the credit desk
A project manager may be watching a pay application while a supplier’s credit team needs to watch a notice deadline. Agree which question is unanswered in the current setup. If the existing Procore/Levelset workflow already gives the right people reliable visibility and ownership, adding another tool may not help.
LienDeadline’s Automation plan lists Procore sync and API access. QuickBooks sync is also listed, subject to account access and setup. Review the integration overview, the company permissions and the records you intend to import. The connection does not file notices or establish that every imported project has a supported calculation.
Public calculated dates are limited to supported supplier scenarios. Use the calculator to check your exact project; unsupported scenarios return a review-required result. Confirm the coverage boundary with a sample project before building an automated process around it. Keep filing and legal review responsibilities explicit.
Pricing and what it buys
Prices are in US dollars, checked 4 October 2026. Compare the billing unit and included work, then confirm current terms with the provider.
Procore
- No list price is published for the core platform. Procore quotes an upfront annual product fee based on annual construction volume; its pricing page lists unlimited users, storage and support.
- Procore Pay has separate fee considerations. Its US agreement documentation describes a possible platform-access fee of 0.2% of paid invoice amounts, capped at $4,000 per commitment, excluding tax. The general contractor may cover it.
- Ask which products and payment charges your quote includes. The Pay fee is not the price of the entire Procore platform, and LienDeadline does not offer the same payment service.
LienDeadline
- Free Connected: $0/month, with 3 protected items per month; no sync-back or API key access.
- Tracker: $49/month, or $39/month billed annually. Includes 10 protected items per month, saved projects, deadline history, email reminders and 2 internal users.
- Automation: $149/month, or $129/month billed annually. Includes 100 active protected items, 1,000 shared import and automation events per month, 5 internal users, Procore sync, sync-back and API access.
- QuickBooks sync is listed on every plan, subject to account access and setup.
- Enterprise: custom pricing and limits. Document mailing, service and lien recording are not included.
For a team that already uses Procore
- Map the missing task: project management, payment approval, waiver exchange, notice mailing or deadline monitoring. Avoid buying a second answer to the wrong question.
- Ask your Procore contact which Levelset features or integrations are already available under your arrangement.
- Test a permitted sample import and decide which system owns the working date, the reminder and the evidence that someone acted.
Common questions
Is LienDeadline a Procore replacement?
No. It does not replace Procore’s construction management or payment products. It may serve as a focused deadline workspace alongside an existing project platform.
Does LienDeadline integrate with Procore?
Procore sync is listed on the Automation plan. Confirm account permissions, setup and the records your workflow needs. An integration imports information; it does not mail documents or expand the public calculator’s supported scenarios.
Does Procore Pay handle lien deadlines?
The reviewed Pay offering focuses on pay applications, payment controls and waiver exchange. For statutory notice and lien-date monitoring, check the exact products and integrations in your account, including Levelset. A waiver exchange should not be assumed to cover every deadline.
How much does Procore cost?
The core platform uses a custom annual quote based on selected products and construction volume. Pay may also involve a platform-access fee under its agreement. Review both the quote and the applicable Pay fee terms rather than relying on a single advertised number.
